I have a 1680x1050 resolution 22" Widescreen monitor that I got for a lot cheaper than that and it works just as well. I also prefer the look of mine and having buttons that you actually press in (I don't know why but I prefer that). So no I will not get this.

I have a 22" widescreen Acer. 2500:1 I believe. It's definitely not bad, especially for only $170.

The resoloution on that monitor is so awesome that the clarity of the youtube video of that monitor on your monitor is sharper than your monitor, despite the fact that your watching that monitor ON your monitor. Yes. You read that correctly.

For that kind of money I could get a decent HDTV. Although it's very sexy looking, I think I can find one that would be larger with the same resolution for far less.
