I think it might be up a bit YoY if MS releases a $300 slim model before fall. If they do, then I think the XBO could be up by about a million units YoY in the U.S. If they release just a slim model but keep the $350 price point, then the increase will likely be more modest, and if they do nothing then the XBO will be at best flat YoY.

I talk about March, not the intere year Shadow.
But about the yearly sales, i think you are very optimist. XB1 sales for the first Quarter of 2015 were pretty bad, and so far XB1 is doing even worse in 2016 (not only, is doing even worse than in 2014!).
XB1 sales are started to looks very strong after April 2015, with that very surprised April with an weekly avg flat compared to March thanks the gamestop promotion, for not even talked about June with 1TB model, batman, and again the gamestop promotion...
This won't happen again this year, i mean seem pretty obvius during Q2 April-June XB1 drop YOY is only gonna increase, and by a lot... maybe flat in May, but really the only month.
Then, after June, MS could drop the price, release a new model ecc, too soon to say. But after this, i think there is no way for XB1 sell similar to 2015 if MS don't drop the price or release a new model... If XB1 will remain at $349 withouth a new model, it should sell more close to 4.38 million of 2014 ( or less).
If they release a new model with a pricedrop at $299, well then i can see XB1 sell similar to 2015, not only thanks price and new model, but even with a strong line up like Gears of War 4, Battlefield 5, Titanfall 2, Watch_Dogs 2, and of course the new COD.
But even so, those games aren't gonna be bigger than Halo 5, Star Wars Battlefront, Fallout 4, and Black Ops III ( BO III was after much year of decline a "comeback" for the series, but this year COD will most likely be down YOY again), so the line up will help to sell good and all, but not to be up YOY since i don't think the holidays line up of 2016 can top the line up of 2015...
In conclusion, withouth slim model, i really don't see XB1 sell close to 5 million this year.
