Do you think Quantum Break is having issues because its a new IP or because it looks likes bad?

IMO the game looks great, also Remedy is a legit studio with a proven record.

Id say that it has to do more with the console and its fanbase, because almost all of the Xbox One exclusives have under performed, which is pretty interesting to analyze.

It definitely doesn't look bad a tall. The game looks really good. And It can't be because it is a new IP we have had quite a few new IPS that have done well. So it has to be something else...I don't know if it is because of MS and the uncertaint surrounding the XB brand right now. But it is something going on.

But then again Alan Wake was the same way and it was one of my favorite 360 games.

let me be clear, I am not saying it looks 'bad'.  The graphics look very nice but the gameplay looks very very lack luster.  That being said Microsoft has gone to town advertising it so I can help but feel like it may be related to the console and the fanbase.  

Yeah that brand uncertainty is real.  Its weird because everytime they make a statement you don't walk away feeling like you have more information.  Its the opposite really.  MS needs to keep ther messages simple and clear. 

I just get confused when people thinking you are downing MS when you speak on the uncertainty of the XB brand. No one is saying anything about MS themselves just there is no clear picture right now of what is going on with the XB as a brand. And to be honest I think that is what is hurting QB more than anything else.

New IP and it's Single Player only on a console that is known mostly for multi-player games. I think it looks great and given Remedy's track record i'd imagine it'll review well. 

So basically single player story games only sell on playstation? that cant be right.

Arnt there exsamples of heavily story focused single player games, that did well on the Xbox One?

Tomb Raider is the only game i can think of off the top of my head.  I'm pretty sure QB is the first console exclusive for Xbox One that doesn't have some kind of multi-player aspect.
