Yeah that brand uncertainty is real.  Its weird because everytime they make a statement you don't walk away feeling like you have more information.  Its the opposite really.  MS needs to keep ther messages simple and clear. 

I just get confused when people thinking you are downing MS when you speak on the uncertainty of the XB brand. No one is saying anything about MS themselves just there is no clear picture right now of what is going on with the XB as a brand. And to be honest I think that is what is hurting QB more than anything else.
