You said it maybe could be planned that way and Sony override it, so it was clearly not Sony intention and had to be done prior to Sony coming and overriding, which was before they even had the money to actually do the game.

Anyway, you made it a bit more clear where you were coming from now, but it's still really not relevant or anything close to how it was always supposed to be in reality on how was it announced, you could say pretty much this kind of bad will stuff from anyone, I could say Nintendo was once planning to push DRM on WiiU but couldn't at launch so it was planning it to 2013 right before Microsoft got it a try and got the backslash, then they secretly flushed it away, does that sounds right to you? It just isn't, so do go blaming Capcom from something that was never supposed to be reality, that lives only in imagination realm and come out of nowhere, even more when reality depicts a very different events scenario, really, that's just not right.

Blame Capcom for things that actually happen.

Actually, I would no be surprised if Nintendo pondered the posibility at some point. The difference between your example and what I said is that Capcom has an history in the scumy dlc department. And because of that I don't think Capcom deserves my trust. Also, where's the fun in not doubting companies? I think the only thing I can trust about any company is their desire to maximize profits.

$30? I've never seen an amiibo that expensive. Other than that you are right SF V will get content eventually whereas Mario Tennis won't get anything anytime soon.

Three splatoon characters, all combine were 30. Needed if you wanted to get all the content and missions for each character. Separately it was I think 12 each? So more than 30.

They each had separate challenges "based" on that amiibo character.

No, they really didn't. The amiibo challenges are just the original single-player mode levels, but with different weapons. That's it. That "content" was nothing more than a way to make the amiibo functionality a little more interesting than just "touch amiibo, get special outfits". The *only* real thing that is unlocked by amiibos that could be called content was the alternate minigames to play on the arcade machine - and they were tiny little things.

splatoon was a more complete game at launch than SFV is right now out of the box

Mario tennis isn't ever going to have anything added to it. Other than a little paid DLC to add a couple characters.

Street fighter is going to have "Free content" added to it over the years. That is very splatoon like.

On top of which they didn't hide single player content, missions, and rewards behind 30 dollar amiibo's.

Does SF5 have a single player?

From what I've read, Street Fighter V doesn't even have the Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash level of content at launch. Basic game modes are missing.

That was my perception. There's quite a few people that disagree, though. Ok, we need closure so, go spend 60 bucks, try the game and tell me whats up. We need a SF5 unbiased review, after all

Splatoon's single player was pretty fun without the use of Amiibos if you ask me! It's not like they, the amiibos, added much to the game.

They didnt add anythig relevant, just to replay some levels with a different weapon even when those levels were not designed for that. People is using amiibos as an excuse, they always do.

The only guy who nails it here is this guy.

Except he doesn't, you didnt even bought the game to beggin with, Splatoon had 5 maps yes, but it had also a ton of weapons and gear, a very good single campaign, a 1vs1 local mode, and 3 online modes, and those  modes were not broken as SFV where people cannot play online, splatoon worked perfectly, and the new content started coming the same week the game was released.

Mario Tennis is a worse game obviously. Mario Tennis has less content, because it's more work balancing characters and SFV has more maps. So I'd say it's in a middle ground between Mario Tennis and Splatoon. Splatoon was lacking when it came out, but at least it had a decent single player experience with bosses and some platforming levels, and 3 online modes. Not outstanding, but it's factually more content. And it was 30€ cheaper at least in Spain. Big difference.

And c'mon, the Amiibo's use in Splatoon is fair. I mean, they unlock some single player modes which consist in playing the exactly same levels with a different weapon, in what world is this suposed to be a big deal? Bashing Amiibo's use because of yes seems to be the norm today.
