Sorry, but Reagan wasn't one who did great. He caused the recession of 1987 (thanks to his new invention called "reaganomics"), and began the process of selling America to corporations. Also, you know, the Iran-Contra scandle... and much more.

At this point I think Sanders is the only one left who doesn't seem to want to destroy the US. I have my doubts about him being able to win the Democratic primary though considering the establishment will do everything they can to make sure Hillary wins, good luck to Sanders regardless.

All things considered I think Reagan was successful in reducing inflation and financially ruining the Soviet Union so I see these things as a plus in my book ... 

As for the spending deficit that on both parties equally since it's CONGRESS that controls government budgets, not the president ...

So Regan's economic policies didn't have any affect on the recession the US faced in the late 1980s? And why do you think congress had to pull the US into a deficit in the first place? 

As for the Soviet Union, they where already facing economic troubles in the early 70s... and the chernobyl disaster, as well as the crumbling of the union as a whole didn't have an effect? Yes, Regan's speech in Berlin was very touching, but its historical significance is blown way out of proportion...
