Really ? I remember the Black Monday been caused by program trading, not Reagan's tax reforms ...
All things considered I think Reagan was successful in reducing inflation and financially ruining the Soviet Union so I see these things as a plus in my book ...
As for the spending deficit that on both parties equally since it's CONGRESS that controls government budgets, not the president ...
