Keeping religion out, I do agree that there are only male and female for humans. I believe there is no such thing as in between.

Things have been said but I still believe that Homosexual tendencies are mental conditions.

I believe that attraction to another person, your preferences are something that was developed in your head as soon as you gained enough consciousness. As a child you were maleable and could molded into anything. You take in everything like a sponge and we make a decision. Pardon if someone finds this offensive but I don't see the difference between attraction between the same sex vs an adult that has attraction to someone very young.

What I do believe though is that these things can be changed granted you are willing to do so. Hence I believe in the statement mind over matter.

I think it's best to just acknowledge that we simply do not know where exactly homosexuality comes from. There are arguments for it being genetic, there are arguments for it being emotional or caused by the surroundings. But in the end, we don't have any proof. Until that changes, why should we argue about it? What matters is that it doesn't hurt anybody so there's no reason for hate at all. Be and let be. But, hey, that's just me. What do I know, right?

Oh, and sorry, didn't read the whole thread as I lack time for that right now. But I just wanted to get this out. About this particular case: It's entirely up to Nike I guess. Opinions are ok, as long as they are only opinions. You can hate gay people all day for all I care as long as nobody gets hurt. Thoughts are free. But you maybe should be careful about what you say openly. Because, as you see, it may just backfire at you.

That is terrible that you think so. Let me ask you - have you heard of any gay or lesbian changing? No, because it is impossible.

Did you know that some of them are unhappy of being gay? Why aren't they changing if they are willing to do so? Because nature coded them gay, they can't do anything about it, not until we invent gene therapy.

Animals aren't gay?  

I'm sorry but he doesn't know a lot about animals.  same sex dogs hump eachother all the time especially when they're young and haven't been neutered.  

And I believe most other animal species are the same.  Obviously were supposed to only be attracted to the opposite sex for obvious reasons.  If everyone was gay there would be no population growth.  But a decent percentage are born different in every species so this guy needs to cop on. It's normal.

The funniest part is that he uses a completely useless analogy with the animals; there are around 1500 species besides man that display homosexual behavior...
