I love all 3, but if i had to choose one out, its definitly Deus Ex. That is because despite beeing a great game, it had some fps, pacing and bug issues. The UI wasn't very good either and the progression was slower than i would've liked.
So, i guess because there were times playing Deus Ex where i got a bit bored or annoyed. Xenoblade and Mass effect 2 were joy's from beggining to end.

While I only played a bit of XC, I thought it was quite great and mind blowing for what it was, and Mass Effect was definitely a big series last gen. So Deus gets my vote.
