True. And, don't get me wrong, Splatoon legs are nothing short of amazing, but Minecraft being around much longer works the other way, too. Most people have already bought a different version. Minecraft vita is competing agaist ps3, ps4 (right?) and PC!

But I agree with Tbone. They're equally impressive.

I think he means there really is no competition. Or that vita release was before ps4 and close to the ps3 version? 

But wouldn't that hurt the vita version's legs? Anyone who is interested in Minecraft, can play it on several platforms, while wiiu is the only option for anyone who wants to play Splatoon. I'm just saying that both Splatoon and Minecraft have things that work in their favour and against them.

That said there are a number of factors for each. The only disadvantage for minecraft is like you said it's multiplat. But that's it. Comparing both splatoon has...

*Price (Not saying splatoon is expensive, just minecraft is cheap and one of its main factors for legs) 

*WiiU (It's a user base of only 3mil, vita has 5mil and counting) 

*lack of new owners (ties in with above but it's like the only game I seen that outsells the hardware it's on for months) 

Iike I said both are impressive in their own  rights. I just think splatoon for the reasons above, specifically the 2nd and 3rd make splatoon most impressive.
