Could you imagine trying to send a message on psn and they blocked out the word Microsoft, Nintendo or apple. their word suggestion actually includes these companies and with capital letters. When are Nintendo like this?

I had the same problem. Switch your language on the WiiU to english and you can use after. You can still write german Miiverse-entries, now with the english blcok-list.
