As I said previously SFV is getting the same exact treatment as Splatoon did, the game reviews metascore was around 83 and ended up at 81, the only difference is that Street Fighter will have some pay DLC (probably because at the end the content in SFV will be more...)

Considering the scores of previous installments, i'm surprised this scored this 'low'.

However, its still a great score and likely a great game.

That's ok an all but I dont remeber Splatoon being released without single player and a broken online. Also is hard to compare a new franchise with no expectations behind whatsoever with the 123º release of a franchise that always had way more content than it has now, fans now are feeling like they are getting less than ever, is like Splatoon 10 being released with the same content or less than the first one on launch, even if the game is gonna be eventually complete for no extra money (or so they say) the feeling of dissapointement is absolutely inevitable when you have been used to have way more content.

Honestly with a game like this I prefer to get it asap even if that means some things like this missing. As long as we get them eventually.

It helps getting the work done before the additions come so you can get them for free asap.
But missing the story and arcade mode means that you essentially have to play online or with a friend, so it's deserving a bit of a cut on the scores.

No you can play the single player against the PC as well. The main thing I like about this is it lets me start practicing on the game so I can get better. I hardly ever do the story mode in these types of games but I do want it.

KI model sounds better to me too, at least compared to the actual state of SFV.

BTW I'm getting pretty bad opinions about SFV all around the internet, even 2 friends of mine were telling me how pissed of they were about the game this same morning and now that I'm looking it has a 4.1 userscore. What is happening with this game? because looks like everybody is dissapointed.

Looks like the low 4.1 score is from missing stuff or characters. One guy said it doesn't have Yang so he scored it low. You just can't take reviews like that seriously at least I don't. As long as I can play single player I'll be fine I want to be able to get some practice in and when online gets working I'll play that. All these top games seem to have online issues every now and then. Halo MCC, BF4, and now SFV. It's going to happen and we should all be used to it by now.

Your making a fool out of your self, you clearly have no idea what your talking about. KI is a free game, you can play the game for free without spending one cent. It has a rotating character setup. SFV is not free and you have to not just pay for the game at a brand new game price but also pay for the upcoming characters as they release. Steam sells SFV for $59.99 or $89.99 for the Deluxe edition. KI is $49 for everything or free if you dont want any permanent characters and happy with a rotating roster. It is not a Demo.

I love the SF series but lets be honest here, SFV is selling at full price with less content as a free to play game. I was going to buy it but im now waiting. I dont trust Capcon with there DLC at the moment.

Who's making a fool of himself implying that having extremely limited/restricted access to the content of a game is playing it for free? It's a demo. "don't want any permanent characters and happy with a rotating roster", said nobody ever. Buying SFV guarantees you more content than paying for KI as the content is not consistently locked by further paywalls. And it didn't launch with 8 characters for 40 dollars. That's 5 dollars per character. At SFV launch it's 3.75 per character and that number will just keep going down as  you keep gaining new characters for free instead of being forced to pay extra on top of what you already did at launch. But if you want to wait +2 years until SFV has been on sale and whatever other promos it will have in the meantime in order to fit your timeline goalposts for trying to make KI sound better you are free to do so.

You are argueing way to much. Personally I also prefer the KI model, had the game installed since the first week at relase and enjoyed cycling trough characters and I don't see what that would be not good for SFV aswell. I also want to add that SMITE has a rotating character model and is/was one of the most popular games.

I think that's why Capcom chose that as the official term.

Probably. :)

I got my copy on Steam, now I'm just waiting for it to launch at midnight. I was wondering, do you know if the TE sticks by madcatz are good? I heard that the ones to go with are the EX-SE's usually, but I can't find those in canada and I was wondering how the TEs faired against the Seimitsu builds.

This is the one I had in mind, I'm thinking of getting it and connecting it to my computer:

Which platform did you need your stick for? I don't own any Mad Catz TE Sticks. I hear that they are good sticks but are over priced. My PS4 stick is a Hori RAP V.  I imported it last year, it has a touchpad and it's PS3/PS4 compatible. I snagged it from Play Asia. It was cheaper than the Mad Catz TE2. My PC stick is just my old 360 stick. Which is another Hori. The RAP VX-SA. It's basically identical to the PS3/PS4 minus the touchpad and the Home/Turbo Buttons are located on the top right of the stick instead of the side.

I have no complaints about Hori. I've purchased several Hori sticks, six to be exact, and never had an issue with them. I bought one, Hori Fighting Stick Wii for my Wii for Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. I used it for Tekken Tag on Wii U as well. My first Xbox stick was a Hori EX2 for 360. I picked it up on the cheap $40 when I couldn't get my hands on a Mad Catz TE for SFIV launch. I still own and it works just like new. It's basically my travel stick for my laptop. It's small form factor makes it easy to put in a suitcase. I had the wireless Tekken Arcade Stick for 360 but I gave that to a friend when his arcade stick failed. My current PC/360 stick is the Hori RAP VX-SA. I picked up a Hori Fighting Stick 3 for my PS3 about 8 years ago. It worked, despite me spilling Dr. Pepper on it. I gave that one to another of my friends when I picked my PS3/PS4 Hori Real Arcade Pro V.

Hmm....seems like the best way to get an arcade stick is to be my friend and wait for me to give you one LOL
