You should definitely get them Worms Battlegrounds (Imo worms always has and always will be the ultimate couch multiplayer game). Disney Infinity also seems to be a great choice for younger audiences. Oh and of course Rocket League!
EDIT: what genres/games do they generally enjoy and how old are they?

Rocket League! If they can play together (I mean they have two controllers), then it's must have for them.
LBP3 I recommend too. Yet also fun to play together. Two controllers are welcome.
Do not know how little they are, but Mortal Kombat games can be very fun playing together also. GTA5?

Yeah, Worms games are quite fun for coop play too.

Sell the PS4 and buy a Wii U with Mario Maker.They will love it!

On a serious note,Rayman Legends seems a good bet, but if I were to give a game to him, I would give him The Nathan Drake Collection.Alot of content, enough to keep him entertained for quite some time, 99% a single player game, so no online issues there, and simply a fantastic collection, with simple yet addictive gameplay that anybody can enjoy.I dont think you can go wrong with this.

Edit:And as of now, it seems to be more than 50% discounted on amazon.com.So there is not excuse to not grab it!

Rocket league! Amazing game, cheap and fun for everyone!

Minecraft, kids love this game and seems to be really popular.

Disney infinity, again another popular one with kids...heck even with adults! Can never underestimate the power of star wars stuff!

Lego games or lego dimensions. Pretty much a lego game for anything im sure your cusons will be a fan of.

And the list goes on, plenty of games to choose from but id mostly recommend rocket league.
