It's not illegal? We have done it basically everytime we have had a major conflict with a group. North Korea, Japan, North Vietnam, Italy, Germany all had their citizens banned one time or another from entering the United States. 

If we pass that law out of fear, we have failed. Any further attacks won't have to be from recent immigrants anyway. Islam is pretty well established here already, immigration doesn't mean the numbers will swell more. It's time to treat extremism as extremism and not just attaching it to one group.

Banning citixens from a nation you're at war with, whilst you're at war is completely different than banning a billion members of a religious group because you fear an organisation. 

99,8% of muslim-followers of Islam aren´t terrorist, not do they support there cause. But there are muslims-followers of Islam who actually are terrorists, but  it´s a small minority still reason enough to backtrack immigrants before you let them into your country, but banning them is insane.

No, that would be awful. It would only spread the cycle of fear, hatred and violence in the long term. You can't condemn an entire culture because of a few people's actions. Let's ban every citizen of US for a few cases of shootings, rape, domestical violence, bullying... That's never the way to go. It scares me what Trump will be capable to do...

You are partly right but something like 99.999999 of americans dont support rape shooting violence what not.  Same cant be said about muslims and their beliefs.  And we know what happens in those nations, honor killings rape victims stoned to death for adultry children sold to marry men 40 years older then they are and plenty other crazy shit which is just a normal part of their lives.  So you are trying to correlate a miniscule fraction of US culture to a majority of the others and pretanding its the same.
