I still disagree. Because according to almost every definition of "biological parent" it always allude to some sort of caretaker that conceived or sired an offspring. If the "caretaker" part is absent, you're not a biological parent. You're a biological creator, but that's as far as where your relationship with the scion goes.
Again, this might sound like cherry-picking from my part, but hey.
