I thought Teslagrad was good. Bought it during last year's Indie Connection Sale.

The game has no tutorials or text, everything is explained with ingame hints. Only down side is the game stuttering while loading areas... it's specially bad in the "elevator" section.

Anyone notice that Woah Dave! is free on the 3DS eshop? I got it in the humble bundle awhile back but just wanted to put that out there. It is a decent game for how simple it is.

The 3DS and Wii U versions have cross-buy. You probably installed the Wii U version, so the 3DS recognizes that and is giving you the 3DS version for free.

Nah I already did that.  Let me look it up...  It has the regular price on eshop slashed and it says free.    Maybe you are right but I swear it looks different and I already have it downloaded on the system.  I did get it on the Wii U after first getting it on the 3DS.  Makes sense though... Why would he give it away for free.

 

edit - Not letting me log on eshop but I'm probably wrong.

Hmm, you might be right. I just checked, and Olli Olli has a "100% Off" discount listed as well, unlike other games there that I already own.

That is...weird.

 

Edit: But Woah Dave! is $4.99 on my system?

It is cross buy thing.  Some reason it does that.  I checked on my old 3DS that doesn't have my account on it and Woah Dave! is reg price.  So for some reason when you bought a title for cross buy it does that.  Displays the price/text differently than non cross buy games.

 

Some reason I thought the game developer was really feeling the love.

I agree. We've had better promitions before, but if you compare them to Steam prices they are double that.

Back on topic, the promotion was quite dissapointing, I´m not a big Nindies fan anyway, but there are a couple of games I would buy if they were priced appropriately, but none of them were on sale :(
