I have a PS4, a PC, a Wii U, and a Vita. I would have to say that I don't really know which ones I would pick if I could only have two. I'd certainly keep my PS4...I'd prbably say my Wii U as far as gaming goes.

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
PS4 + PC (with some 3DS/Vita sprinkled in) works best for me. With PC i can play the majority of multi-platform titles with the frame-rate, IQ, and graphics settings i want, and have access to a very wide variety of exclusives (many in genres that don't usually make their way to consoles). With the PS4 i have access to more console exclusives i'm interested in than on the WiiU and X1, and can be confident that i'll be able to play the majority of major 3rd party home console titles from Japan.
The WiiU would probably be my 2nd home console pick, but relative to the other two it gets very few games i want. I wouldn't be willing to give either up for it. Fortunately i usually end up with all the platforms by the end of a generation regardless, so it's less a matter of 'i wouldn't give up [x] for [y]', and more 'i'd rather have [x] now, and [y] later'. Later in this instance being whenever the hell Zelda U comes out :p
If you had to choose 2 then you will be able to get you hands on the most amount of games with the Wii U and PS4 combo. But that doesn't mean they have the most amount of games you want to play on. For my taste, the perfect combo for me is PS4 and XB1.

Meh, I'll (eventually) play my multiplats on PS4 and like it. 
Stilll what about the 3DS? It's basically a Wii U but with moar games.
Ehhhhh PS4+XB1 is the best combo for me and my tastes.....as crazy as that may sound it is true.....for me

That's not always true. For example, Batman: Arkham Knight is terrible on PC, the best version is on PS4.

As i said nintendo consoles and handheld are a MUST HAVE
For multiplats you can choose what do you prefer
For me i give no st about multiplat games

I wouldn't say they are "MUST HAVE" but they do have some good games......sadly I haven't owned anything Nin since the regular DS when it FIRST came out...

If I had to pick two living room 2 systems I agree. I have all three ATM and tend to use the PS4 and WiiU more than my XBONE. For any gaming fan its hard to ignore the first party lineup of a Nintendo system and PS4 has great dev support overall.
IMO XBOX exclusives have been good, but not nessessary cirtical to me like Bloodborne, Pikmin 3 or Smash Bros have.
