        "Ever wondered how the beloved Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the Nintendo 64 would look if it had been recreated in 2D using sprites? Well, fan project OoT 2D v.20 has painstakingly attempted to recreate the 3D action adventure title in 2D and have released this impressive trailer to show off their hard work. Sure, it’s not perfect, but then again it isn’t an official piece of work. It will be interesting to see how this evolves."

        I will be damned if  that fan made game doesn't look pretty cool! I say that as someone who is not even a huge OoT fan.

I have seen many fans doing upgrades of Zelda games, but a downgrade... it's the first time! Really interesting, maybe it's a new trend? =o



Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

I REALLY hope this becomes a trend, I would love having several games being remade into 2D.

I hope it becomes an official trend adopted by big companies actually. But if it's even just in the fanmade realm, PLEASE become a trend.

This looks beautiful. I really really loved that Lizalfos battle segment. Looks incredible and will play this as soon as it is released (if it ever is)

They've managed to make a worse engine than Zelda Classic. Wow.

I don't see any graphics or sound there that isn't ripped from an existing Zelda game.

A link to the past is probably my favourite zelda game, so... they can do every zelda game with that style if they want :P or a link between worlds! It looks cool anyway.
