Forums - Nintendo - Those Twilight princess pre order number? ??

I'm pretty shocked how well that game is doing considering it isn't getting enhanced as much as WW did and, unlike WW, a lot more people owned TP the first go around so I'd figure they wouldn't double dip (I owned TP but never WW until WWHD came out, for example).

Nintendo MUST announce a bundle ASAP

I have serious doubts that those figures are accurate. Even with amiibo and with Twilight Princess being more popular then Wind Waker, at the pace it's going it would do over 1 million in the US alone in just the first week...
If it was Zelda Wii U itself, then I would believe it. But since it's a remake of a 10 year old Wii/GameCube Zelda game. I seriously doubt it
But that's just me.

That's worldwide right? xD
I'm buying it as soon as I can from amazon spain.
Do you really think preorders are because of the amiibo? I'm not so sure about that. I prefer the ost that comes with the preorder, but the amiibo is just... odd.

Well this game has "sold out" like a dozen times on Amazon now. They keep expanding their first shipment it seems but the preorders get gobbled up in a matter of days if not hours. So yeah, preorder charts could be closer than we think.

People you should keep in mind that this game includes the very first piece of plastic that will do something in Zelda U (aka Wolf Link Amiibo) so I wouldn't be surprised if people preordered it moved by the Zelda U hype. still I think the preorders have to be overtracked, tough now I can't immagine them to be lower than 340k...

If that Amiibo unlocks a dungeon, expect more pre orders than that.

If those numbers are real. Is there a chance for TP to do 1 mil first week WW?

Switch!!!

People like grown-up realistic Zelda games?!? Weird...

Because we must only compare the original games. Twilight Princess (GC+Wii) outsold OOT (N64). It's the best selling Zelda game. You don't add Pokemon fire red and leaf green sales to  Pokemon red/blue sales.

No reason not to it's Red and Green. I wouldn't add Leaf Green to Pokemon Blue though, lol.

At least be logically consistent in your illogical behavior. Leaf Green is the remake of Blue. It's just that, unlike in the '90s, this time around Nintendo kept the color green worldwide and didn't change it to blue for the West.

Technically, Red and Blue Are both blue. All we got was the Pokedex data from red and green. I'm probably the only guy who wants the game. But isn't preordering. Because I want a non amiibo version.
