Perhaps they are afraid people will join for a month or two and quit. If they slowly bring out the heavy hitters that encourage people to subscribe longer.
If anything its a shame Titanfall didn't make the launch list.

That would be awesome, but its probably a tiny percentage of people using both PC and X1.
The library of Origin Access might be huge in the coming year. So maybe $30 would be cheaper than EA wants.

This is getting frustrating.
Cool for those that love paying subs to get some discounts I guess. As for me I've no interest in it and will just stick with their "on the house" program and buy said games when they are much cheaper that I don't have to keep paying to play.

Really?, considering the size of Origin's library it seems awfully tiny and paltry to go with such a sub.
I sense the deal being better with X1 than it's likely ever going to be for PC.
