Good for you as long as you're happy with your decision and purchase. I find it hard for me to justify buying old games/system with all the emulators going around.

Don't forget to purchase FF6 (FF3 in NA) and Chrono Trigger if that hasn't been mentioned yet.

you must be young or just a total internet age person. even fans of games today get pissed when physical releases are not offered for certain games, yet some of you act like its so shocking that the OP actually wants to own the real thing to play?

and sorry but emulations are often SLIGHTLY off and are a pain in the ass to configure to play on your television set (especially on older CRT's that run older games better and without any input lag)

too many soulless people around here. streaming games on the internet is just not the same as grabbing your cartridge and immediately having the game. if suddenly the internet has issues or yoru computer gets wiped your shit out of luck

also, again, there is no such thing as using an original SNES controller on an emulator/computer, only third party crap, and a lot of fans like to use the original thing because it feels most natural and isn't cheap

I'm not for or against emulation, and I understand that using the original hardware is both a practical and philosophical preference, but a few corrections:

1. You can get a SNES to USB adapter.  You ARE using the original SNES controller.  Problem solved.

2. You're overstating how much you need to configure a SNES emulator, and you're also overstating input lag on any HD TV with a Game Mode. There is zero lag on my LED TV (which I use as a computer monitor), and it a very low end TV.

DBZ 2. the one when you can unlock Brolly. a good dbz fighting game.

Mega Man X for sure.

Oh, and I also recommend EarthBound... if you're willing to spend like $200 on a single game. xD

inb4 OP's next thread about selling his ps4 for earthbound.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4, Doom troopers, Clayfighters, Actraiser... I need to get back to home lol

Edit: Super Star Wars. (Still in the office lol)

Yay! Somebody also remembers Doom Troopers

I also recommend TMNT 4, it's really great. You already have a lot of my favorite games on your list and you don't like RPGs, so I think I can't help too much.

I only have one JRPG in my shelf, it's the 7th Saga. xD Boy.. I love this game.

Couldn't buy JRPG games, they're expensive..

Alright I'll admit I was surprised there. I thought for sure with that cheesy cliffhanger it'd be for a Wii U, but you got me! I'd probably invest the money into more current games, but that's just me!

Secret of Mana 2

I think you mean Seiken Densetsu (Legend of the Sacred Sword) 3. Secret of Mana is Seiken Densetsu 2.

7th Saga, I remember that one too... If I'm not mistaken, you could choose one between seven or eight protagonists and team up with another along the way. Good times.

There was a sequel also for SNES called Mystic Ark, but sadly it wasn't released outside Japan.

I'm thinking of Mystic Ark reproduction(with English translation patched), maybe i will buy sometime later.

Also there's Brain Lord, i'm still looking forward...
