Final Fantasy 15, Persona 5, Street Fighter V, maybe Dragon Quest 11, Yakuza and other small games against the huge Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3? PS4 will flop in Japan in 2016, obviously.

Oh my God that's the worst prediction ever.  

 

How can he not see the bugger picture?  Most ps4 games this year in Japan were also on ps3 and Vita yet it still did over 1.3m. 

 

Next year it still has a lot of games on ps3,  but it has some legit big hitters like FF15, Persona 5,  DQ11 and a ton of mid tier games.  

 

All I'm going to say is it's going to be fun seeing ps4 blast past 4m in roughly the next 12 months.

for Famitsu, this year will have again just 52 weeks, and will end the 25th of December 2016.

Year 2017 will have 53 weeks, because it will start from 26th of December 2016. The typical Week 52 will be Week 1 for Famitsu in 2017, and the New Year's Sales and boost will be in Week 2 2017. 

They're doing completely wrong.

Damn thats even worse than i thought. At least i mostly be following Superior tracker which is correct :p

Also someone posted this..... Fire Emblem IF did well digitally? I mean this doesn't include the DLC version of the other half ($20) right? Hope Nintendo clarifys this already...

If 8 millions units in a country where consoles are dying the moment mobile gaming became big, than it seems the ps4 is doing bad except in the usa where it makes decent sales overall.

Nintendo made a right move to Push Fire Emblem as much as they can! Now we need release date for EU/AUS!!!!!! Im worried it will release 2 months after in the US just like awakening......... =(

Even if those titles could be less successful than the previous entries in the same IPs, can you really imagine those games selling less hardware than the 2015 games?
