Final Fantasy 15, Persona 5, Street Fighter V, maybe Dragon Quest 11, Yakuza and other small games against the huge Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3? PS4 will flop in Japan in 2016, obviously. 

Possible new competition, uncertainty about the success of those titles.

 

Even if those titles could be less successful than the previous entries in the same IPs, can you really imagine those games selling less hardware than the 2015 games?
