What do you think about Trump?

He's amazing! GOD BLESS 'MURICA 88 25.51%

Uh... wasn't he a busine... 28 8.12%

Ew, of course not! Especi... 123 35.65%

I'd like a small loan of a million dollars 106 30.72%

Total:345

He is pretty much the definition of a demagogue...

I have absolutely no interest in seeing him elected to any office, let alone president... Can't really do any worse than trump in my opinion... If the republicans actually make him their nominee then they are just giving Clinton the job...

The only republican running that somewhat interests me is Rubio... There aren't any democrats that interest me this time, but I will gladly vote for the democrats if trump is nominated!

Business Record:

Trump's had 4 bankruptcies and had he simply invested his inheritance in any random mutual fund from daddy warbucks he would have more wealth than he has today.

His record - poor businessman.

How did Trump do in school?

Simply put...no one knows.

"“I was one of only five or seven girls in the whole school. Only the smart guys would sit next to the girls because they knew the girls were bright. We never knew about him,” said Hano, now 68 and living in Riverdale in the Bronx."

"“I have no memory of him whatsoever,” Stanton Koppel, another Wharton classmate, said."

"“No one remembers him,” another former classmate, Dennis Wilen, said Tuesday."

Conclusion: worthless student

Basic knowledge

“The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.”

"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending the best. They're not sending you, they're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. ... And some, I assume, are good people."

“Laziness is a trait in the blacks. ... Black guys counting my money! I hate it.”

“The only kind of people I want counting my money are little short guys that wear yamakas every day.”

“A certificate of live birth is not the same thing by any stretch of the imagination as a birth certificate.”

Conclusion: moron

What exactly is there to like or respect about this guy? Honestly, is this a joke?

I think he is awful; the world doesn’t need more people like him. I believe the course of this century will be determined by the capacity of dialogue that the States of the world can reach. In order to avoid more wars, more prejudices and more discrimination (like the islamophobia) we need leaders that are more tolerant.

In a world that is marked right now by global interaction, the growth of interdependence and the oncoming of cultures from all over the world, we need more leaders capable of accepting the other that thinks different and have other beliefs. His speech is filled with hate and that leads to intolerant actions. I wonder how building a wall on the frontier with Mexico will help with the immigration issue or how not allowing the Muslims to enter the US will stop the terrorism in that country. In fact, his hate speech is only isolating the Muslim community there and favoring the recruitment from Daesh of young Muslims raised there.

I think that dialogue is crucial in the years to come to stop big conflicts all over the world. The world needs more cooperation to solve the big issues that are affecting the entire planet and transcends border limits. Global warming, climatic change, regional armed conflicts, huge outbreaks (like the Ebola in Africa), integration, global economic crises, etc., those problems are not going to be solved and that cooperation, so needed and precious right now, will not be reached with leaders like him.

Well, regardless of how you may feel, Trump will never win in a general election and the reality it, he probably won't even win the Republican nomination.

He's too vitriolic and he's hurt his chances with Hispanics. You need about 44% of the Latino vote to win the general. Mitt Romney got about 20%.

If you think otherwise, you're in the "conservative bubble" which blocks out reality. Think back to 2012. You had Obama, who had already passed Obamacare, he was a Muslim, he was born in Kenya, he was socialist, he was coming for your guns, he was a communist, and he was (and is) absolutely despised by conservatives, yet he won re-election against Mitt Romney, who is far more Presidential and moderate than any of the clowns leading now (Trump, Cruz, Carson).

Why do so many people care if he was Muslim!? Damn people. Being Muslim is not a race. It's not like it'll ALWAYS be a trait for you genetically!

Face it. He's Christian. How would Obama Bin Laden easily donate billions to Israel if he's Muslim?

I think he's talking about what people didn't like about Obama, whether it was true or not. You'll notice that the next sentence says he was born in Kenya.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Lol, most of the people who make up the theories are conservative freaks.

I'm pretty sure the CIA wouldn't allow Obama to be president if he wasn't a US-born person. CIA stalks us enough to not let something as big as that slip by

I know, that's what I'm saying. He wasn't born in kenya, and he isn't a muslim. He was just pointing out things that people attacked Obama with during the campaign.

Crap, I completely misread the post.

Republicans and Liberals are really screwing with my mind. Anything I see that hints support for idiots such as Trump and Clinton makes me lose a few points of my IQ.

Which is exactly the point that I was making.  The top 1% are spending millions of dollars on ads against Trump because Trump is not looking in the best interest in them, but rather the other 99% of the people.  So essentially they are trying to buy a candidate (Rubio) and the majority of the Republicans see this.  Meanwhile you have Trump who has solely taken small donations, spending the least amount of money, and having the best results.

I think it's more of a product them having invested HEAVILY in other campaigns and being unwilling to start investing in another campaign.

As far being self-funded is concerned, Trump's campaign has been anything but: http://www.politico.com/story/2015/10/donald-trump-fec-fundraising-214838

I think (I haven't checked EVERY candidate.) that only Sanders can make the "not beholden" to big donors campaign.

Take your own advice:

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=7698266

Because I clearly stated that he accepts small donations and I mentioned absolutely nothing about being self-funded.  You then proceed to post a link that Donald Trump isn't exactly self-funded.  From your article, they mention that he obtained nearly 3.7 million dollars from 73,942 "unsolicited donations", which is roughly $50 per person.  Oh look!  These are small donations that I was talking about.  First read, then think, then type next time...mkay?

You then proceed to post that "only Sanders can make the not beholden to big donors campagin" when you yourself just pointed out that Donald Trump only accepts small donations from the link that YOU posted.

Going back to your first point:

You pointed out that big donors are "unwilling to start investing in another campagin".  Do you actually believe what you type?  I mean seriously...

Do you honestly believe that with Trump's huge poll numbers from the start, that he was unable to get ONE huge donor?  It's not like his numbers just rose dramatically like Ted Cruz in the past month or so.  Would you like me to give you links of Donald Trump saying that he rejected huge amounts of money from big donors on numerous occassions?

Hillary Clinton and the Democrats started the "Obama isn't an American" bullshit train during the 08 primaries. http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2015/09/26/washington-post-confirms-hillary-clinton-started-the-birther-movement/

Republican candidates have just started doing it to Ted Cruz.
