Well ,I dont know if it will be massive sales-wise specially because its a new IP but its quality seems great !

With this ,Yakuza 3 ,Condemned 2 and Viking Battle of Asgard I think we are seeing some of the best Sega games in ages .

Can't wait to see some reviews on this game to see if it really is as good as it looks.
Good art direction alone does not make a great game, and thus far there are few details about the overall gameplay and story apart from the "profile" videos on GT and other sites, that is.

It's my first "PS3 Must Buy."

Can't decide if i should buy it when it coems out... or when I get a PS3. Would suck to have to pay extra for a used game like most SRPGs.

Yeah dude, the prices for Disgaea: Hour of Darkness were ridiculously high shortly after launch because they printed so few. You could not find a used copy ANYWHERE.

Yep.  I was lucky to find my copy at "The Exchange" a used music place for fairly cheap.

I guess it's just going to depend how much support this gets.  I mean I'm pretty sure Disgaea 2 is still sold at my Toys  US.  I know they had a healthy supply right before X-mas anyway.

I don't know Dio. It's a SRPG.  I'm not sure even a sequel will sell well.

Even if it wasn't a new IP i'd be wary of sales.

Just call me pessimistic though because SRPGs are my favorite genre... almost any SRPG is a must buy for me at some point in it's life.

It looks amazing :) The art style is awesome :D I wonder how will it sell ...

Shooters dont do well in japan. This may be the first system seller, maybe.

I definitely see the art appeal, but I have a hard time getting stoked for anything that involves RPG's & guns---I guess I just like the more traditional fantasy (D&D) RPG's.

I'm sure I'll buy it just because I'm an RPG fanatic, I just wish it was wizards and knights and goblins instead of tanks and assault rifles.

Did you ever play Front Mission 3 or 4?  Those games had mechas and guns but were phenomenal.  SRPG gold.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

No I haven't, but I've heard good things about them.  I didn't really start playing SRPG's until last year (other than Heroes of Might and Magic on PC)...I was pretty much JRPG's only up until then.
