Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo's worst E3 of the last two gens

The worst was...

E3 2008 64 33.33%

E3 2012 10 5.21%

E3 2015 118 61.46%

Total:192

2015 by far.....

This E3 => look our console is dead in the water.

Was depressing to watch.

Probably the Wii music disgrace but Miyamoto waggling at SS was pretty awful too.

@mZuzuk and JPRGfan, yeah that's why I voted 2015.

As shite as 2008 was, at least it didn't signify a console being left to die before its third birthday.

E3 2015 is far from worst. You guys only judge it worst because you didn't get what you wanted. Yes, we had crap games, but we also got some great announcements (StarFox Zero, TriForce Heroes, Paper Jam) AND a new Nintendo World Championships (seriously, it was AMAZING). Stop hating on E3 2015, 2008 and 2012 were way worse.

E3 2015 in a nutshell: "Hey guys, you know that console you recently spent $300 on? Well we have no major new titles to show for it, cos we are abandoning it. But in the mean time, please enjoy this shitty shovelware filler."

Well, 2008 was terrible. 2015 at least had some games like Paper Jam, Starfox Zero and Triforce Heroes so it won... Even if it was the worst Nintendo E3 in years.

Aww jeez.. please don't mention that line. It saddens me that the worst came about the after E3.

Anyway, I would say 2008 was the worst, though I commend them for experimenting. 2015 wasn't really that bad IMO. Star Fox Zero was nice to see and I can't wait to play it. Triforce Heroes and Paper Jam look interesting. Finally got to see Fates w/English dub and since I'm a big fan of Awakening (later the franchise in general after playing the other games), I can't wait to get Fates! I get that most were filler, but if you think about it, considering mobile, NX, Zelda and Star Fox being delayed, it would've been tough to really create bugger games as assets start to move to NX. Plus, I will judge E3 w/ the championships and the Treehouse. Great seeing FRN, #FE, and Fatal Frame gameplay and good for Mother fans to finally get Beginings for VC. Plus the World Championships was entertaining. Not to mention that Smash presentation (even though it got leaked).

2012 was more boring than bad.

Okay, in retrospect that was in poor taste, I'll edit it out. Sorry.

2008, no contest

What do you mean by real Sucessor? I'm pretty Sure Super Paper Mario was quite real... And Sticker Stars ( Even if we all wished it wasn't)

2008 without a doubt. 2015 was just boring and 2012... At least they revealed the Wii U.
