"Saved". It was dropped by its publisher and Nintendo picked it up. I'm quite glad that it wasn't cancelled, but this sort of thing isn't uncommon at all.

Bayonetta will be full Nintendo for as long as Nintendo continues to pay for exclusivity.

Bayonetta 3 as NX launch title? And if Nintendo is smart they should try to get 1&2 on NX as well.

Well if they started development early 2015 and release late 2016 that seems like enough time. Maybe its wii u and NX?

I don't know :/ I think they should have waited a few months to see how well the game sells on Wii U before jumping in the development of a sequel, I think it's more likely to be a 2017 NX release in either Q3 or Q4...

Yeah Hashimoto had nothing to do with it afaik. The tweet specifically mentioned Bayonetta but i´d be super happy if the Wonderful 101 team decides to make a Wonderful 102

Would be nice to see a Bayo 3 for the NX along with the other two.
