I agree that was an issue when i played the game, but i gotten used to it. Its not annoying me that much tbh.

Ugh another one. Fast racing neo doesn't let you change the volume settings either. If you want to enjoy the music loud, tough luck, the crude sound effects start bleeding your ears. Subtitles it is then. (for XCX)
I play on a projector so tiny fonts aren't a problem. It's nothing new though. Dead rising on xbox 360 was pretty hard to read and didn't care about text safe area. I was still playing on a HD ready CRT tv and half the hud was cut off in the overscan area. 10 years later, still the same problem. HDTVs aren't PC monitors, when will devs learn.
I wouldn't call the developers lazy, but I agree with you that the text is small. I play on a 42" tv and I sometimes can't see the text well.
Annoying perhaps, but unplayable? No way.

I either have to put my face right up to the tv or switch it over to the Gamepad, I do agree the text is horrible, but the game isn't unplayable.
The fact is I have subpar vision even with my glasses and the tv I am playing it on, isn't great but I think the text or the option to change it probably should have been corrected..
I don't have an issue with the text either on my TV nor the gamepad.

Oh please.
This is nit picking at its highest level.
Unplayable???
Really???
Give me a break.

Yeah, the tiny font is annoying. The witcher 3 launched with the same issue and was latter patched. With that said, beeing Nintendo i'm not holding my breath they will do it for this game. Increasing the size or changing the font would probably bring formatting errors and stuff like letter off windows.
The one to criticise is NoA and NoE for not having realised and brought up this issue with Monolith within the localisation development. This shouldnt have gone through Q&A. It was a huge localisation blunder.
