I will be interested to see what the opinion of this movie will be, say, this same time next year.

Would not be the first time that a massively hyped film got great reviews, only for everyone to come out a few months later saying it was overrated.

Well, that happens always, with games and movies. When something is popular and successful, there will always be people who are willing to criticize it. Maybe because they can't understand how the film/game was so acclaimed. It's just natural.

Yea, usually I have a hard time understanding why majority of people's taste is crap.

LOL. Well, you don't have anything to do if your tastes don't match the general taste. There's nothing bad about it. So keep criticizing :P

Like Jurrasic World?  Just saw it recently from Redbox and I'm glad I waited to pay $2 for a blu ray rental.  Seemed too fake due to relying solely on CGI (orginal at least made some of the dinos along with CGI).  The part where Pratt goes into the raptor cage to save the guy that fell in was the straw that broke the camel's back.  People were praising the movie earlier this year.  I'd give it 3 out of 5.

Jurassic World got mixed reviews right from the start though (59 on MetaCritic). Some loved it and others thought it fell short of the original.

Very hyped !!

I could be confusing you with somebody else but don't you think rating sites are useless for games.  if so why do you take their word for it on films?

I'll wait for it to come out at Redbox. The last three films in the series weren't that good.

Only reason I am giving the series one last shot after the last three is a new company, new director, new philosophy that rejects previous three.  If this stinks I am done with Star Wars, if it is great I am back into it.

Yes you are confusing me with someone else. I think they are good tools, but they cannot be taken as the bible and the exact number they give dont matter, only the range on what they fall and depending on the genre. I was hyped for this film but I had the fear that it was going to be shit, I still have the fear but this critic reception makes me way more optimist.

Okey, we already knew that Bayonetta 2 was overtracked. It's a shame, since it's a game who deserved to be played by every WiiU owner. But comparing B2 to the previous instalment it's not that bad, in the end, the install base for this niche title is way, way lower than with PS3/360. And its prize hasn't droped, so it's a plus in profitability.

Wrong thread, let's move.
