It might be Ps4 only since Sony is working with them on it. Like Demon's Souls.

Jesus this is big news. I just really hope we don't get people downplaying the importance of Kojima now that he's working on a console exclusive for the PS4...

Since Sony is involved it might not make it to other platforms, including PC. Like I said, like Demon Soul's.
