Now I'm curious to see what game will the new studio make first. After so many years complaining about how he was only able to do MGS games, I expect something different from him. Maybe a new Gundam game like Z.O.E.?

Who knows, but I would prefer a TPS/action.

Is it possible to Hideo Kojima to own the IP



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

I also prefer a TPS, and I'd say that this would be his best option as that's a genre that sells more units, something that's important when you make your first game as an independent studio.

But it will also lead to more direct comparisons between the new game and MGS, which I don't know if it's a good thing or not.

This was probably common knowledge, but when House started speaking Japanese, it blew my mind.

Nevertheless, I think Sony struck gold here. After all the Konami-Kojima debacle, people will be lining up to get the next Kojima game.

Good guy Sony saved Kojima from Konami. I honestly think he'll get the respect he deserves there and with his game being a ps4/pc combo it's perfectly poised for good sales. If it fails it's the games fault not the platform.

Really looking forward to what he produces now that the shackles are off. I'd say he'll do a horror game based off PT.
