Everyone who tries VR says "you have to try it to understand it".
Have you tried a VR system from 2010 or later?

no, but I'm very curious about VR as I already liked 3D quite a lot
I imagine it's still quite pixelated at this stage though
One guy in my class had an oculus but I only tried it for a minute. It was cool but I think it was not at the point where it would be my preferred medium of play.
One of my buddies got an Oculus (he's the kinda guy that buys shit like an Nvidia Shield etc...), and I've tried it a few times. I think it's really cool. VR will (in all likelihood) be too pricey for me to get it early. Maybe in a few years.

Nope, but I tend to get dizzy from these type of things
Even the 3D on the 3DS makes me dizzy so VR will no doubt do the same :/

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]
I played a virtual boy and have watched the lawnmower man. That's the extent of my expertise.

But... you play PC games...
I am all for it and excited about it, but I fear m big head will make them uncomfortable for me or difficult to set up.
I do have the cardboard thing, and pretty much everyone who tried it, especially Titans of Space, was really impressed and liked it. Audience included 20somethings all the way to a 70+ gentleman.
And cardboard sux ass.

Yes. In 1992. It was literally the first attempt at VR. Some kind of "Mech" game. It cost $20 for 5 minutes of playtime, and was terrible. The "game" I played was the go-to image whenever news channels at the time had stories about VR. I also watched Lawnmower Man while I cut my wrists and drank gasoline.

Except for Shooters - for some reason my reaction time is bad with a controller lol. |
Makes sense: dual analogues are a clunky workaround, so you're far from alone on that one.
