That's actually true, but not a bad thing. Zelda is the only franchise ever whom genre is called "Zelda". Okami genre? Zelda. Darksiders genre? Zelda.

So, for default Zelda is good.

Zelda OoT is released in 98", so definitely you can't have same impressions about game if you played it when was released in comparison if you played it 17 years later.

My point is that majority of people that consider OoT for best game ever played that game when was released, not around 15 years later.

But then you say OoT is still a very good game in 2015. And to me best game ever needs to stand the test of time and be awesome whether you played it on release or played it 17 years later. For the record I did only play it recently, but technological limitations of the time are not the reason I don't like the game very much.

If Horizon has a steady frame rate then I think it just might win in every category. Then again Zelda has been getting a lot of hype and looks really good.
