I think it's hard to compare two companies that are that different. as of now I'd say SE but keep in mind that they already announced games that'll come in 2017 if not 2018, on the other hand Nintendo only has games planned for 2016 as of now...

Yeah. SE is definitely ahead. Nintendo's illustration of making of budjet games as labelling them as AAA games is now kinda open secret. Only game that has big budjet is Zelda U but it was announced long ago and will sell less than final fantasy games by SE.
3 of those Square Enix games aren't being release in 2016.
Not exactly a fair comparison considering we hardly know much about what Nintendo has in the pipeline... Meanwhile we know a lot about SE's upcoming games, and it's not exactly like all of them are 2016 games...

I voted Square Enix because NX won't launch or won't have any Nintendo games before KH III is released.
This thread isn't fair because we are comparing the company with different philosophies about announcing their games.
A handheld gamer only (for now).

Square Enix line-up is looking much better than Nintendo line-up.
Really stupid comparison for several reasons for one you list games that were announced almost up to 10 years ago on last gen hardware like FF15(priviously known as FF13Verus). Then port collections like Kingdom Hearts 2.8 and KH3, the latter has also been announced almost 3 years ago and isanother game that we won´t see at retail for years. Games that have been used to bolster retarded list wars by fanboys for years.
That's usually the case even in Square's weaker years.
At the very least we can agree that both SQEX and Nintendo obliterate Sonys pathetic games lineup. It´s really a great thing that they show their true colours when it comes to leeching money from their userbase in regards to "supposed" backwardscompatibility and their handheld business by basically treating the userbase as fools who were ignorant enough to buy a PSV expecting actual Sony support.
