could be true. Many assume Sony's price last year was driven by desire to make a certain profit level. Its entirely possible it was supply driven. Sony could have projected at 349 they would have had major stock issues, add this to making less profit per console and a lower price last year would have made little sense.

well its been 36 hours since the price went back up, I think it is safe to assume that NDC continued to sell more yesterday than anything else. Cyber Monday's sales should no longer be in factored in (no way the lag is 12 hours).

I do not think it will keep number until the price goes back down. Once Sony starts advertising the Sunday price drop in more locations people will start to hold off on the 349 price point, especially the day before, most people can at least wait one day for a deal.

So 4 more days until the next price drop?

I'm shocked it's stayed #1 this long. Made big progress on the yearly too.

November NPD will allow us to forecast December sales with more accuracy.

All promotions listed are related to buying consoles. The point is that a PS4 + 1 year sub = 375, compared to $400 normally (or $350 when the ps4 is 299).
