Last gen systems only counted for 10% last year. The Wii U still more than doubled its performance.

Percentages, how do they work...
6% last year could even be more consoles sold than 11% this year. Not to mention that was market share and this is revenue.
Wasn't the WiiU top selling sku at Target? So how does Infoscout support your prediction?

Wow, great! How was November 2014 NPD for Wii U? It should do much better this year.
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

They said a specific XBOX SKU was the highest selling SKU. There are lots of different ones. There are more than 1 PS4 skus, and more than 1 XB1 skus. Suppose: A(gears)>B(UC)>C(Star Wars)>D(HolidayXB1)>E(CoDPS4) |
Ah, makes more a lot more sense.

No, that was Target.com.
Ali_16x said: So why exactly did they say Xbox One was the highest selling console when PS4 has a higher percentage? Also you should change the title to something more obvious. |
They said Gears of war bundle was the highest selling bundle

Don't you mean 17%? Well, anyways, it's true that 6.67% (6% out of 90%) could be more consoles than 17% this year, but that would also mean the XOne and PS4 sold less than 40% of what they did last year. And the Wii U is the cheapest console on the market, so the fact that this year is revenue means that the Wii U could potentially have an even higher marketshare than 17%.

Which clearly wasn't. They were talking about individual purchases. Most likely within the 10% pool of receipts shown here
The 37% is where most console purchases came from. Sounds like a lot of ps4 buyers got a game to go with the NDC bundle, COD and Fallout being the top picks.
They said individual purchase, not individual bundle or sku or anything like that. Purchase.
