Oh shoot, how could I forget another game, Undertale.

One of the best games I played this year, and in general. So expertly crafted, I fell in love almost instantly and would rank it very high on my list of all time best games ever!!! x )

Was about to say this. The only game that really suprised me this gen with how good it was.

Fatal Frame 4 was on the Wii. Do you mean Fatal Frame 5? ;)

Oh shoot, this gen... I was just thinking of games I played this year. My bad... I played FFrame 4 in Oct for the first time and I was just... so surprised by it, and loved it.

Well, we're agreed on this at least! Fatal Frame 4's one of my favourite games of the 7th generation; it's so wonderfully creepy, poignant, and elegantly constructed.

Yeah, def agreed there! I am also shocked at how well the wiimote worked for the game. I thought it would be terrible, but actually works great.

On topic, like many, I was completely caught off guard by the success of Splatoon.

I always WANTED it to do well, so that Nintendo would try new IPs more often, but I was afraid it would be shunned for things like no voice chat and not being a familiar brand. Being wrong rarely feels so good. :)

Hmm, it's about a boy who falls into this underground world and meets a bunch of monsters. He tries to escape it and go back to his home. On the way, he meets a lot of interesting monster characters. Some of him want him dead, but some are actually pretty nice, interesting and funny.

I think what really makes Undertale great are the characters, music, the battle system, and just the many funny situations you find yourself in in the game. It is definitely a unique kind of game : D

Holding the speaker up to your ear to answer those ghostly phone calls = goosebumps. :D

Ooh yeees! I remember the Calling also did this, as well as other games in different genres. It was creepy (or funny if we're talking about Smooth Moves), and I loved when games used this feature! x )

I must try life is Strange. They always have sales on Xbox Live.

Yes, you must! And don't give up on the game if you don't like the 1st ep, this game only gets better and better. It'll surprise you along the way!

Nice. Isn't it a story progression game, kind of like Tellltale games?

Yes, it's like that, but the time travel  mechanic adds a lot of room to explore and excitement as well. It's pretty exciting to use it and the game gets very creative about it along the way.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
