The Last of Us is the better contender for making a movie. Even then the casting should be leftfield, not predictable choices. Someone like Mark Ruffalo as Joel would be perfect.

If they were to ever make The Last of Us into a film, I'd actually like to see Josh Brolin as Joel, I never thought about Mark Ruffalo, could be interesting I reckon, and he deserves more roles than he gets in my opinion, but doubt we'll ever get a film of it anyway, and in the end, it's probably for the best, lol.

Josh Brolin was great in gangster squad. i think he would make a great Joel.
