defeniatley goes to Shadow of Memories. It has the best story ever made imo. You can also just get the physical PC version by the way. The game runs on vista or 7 i remember and doesnt need any perofrmance at all. What a great game by Konami in the earlier 00s

Most of the Legacy of Kain series has some form of time travel and/or alterations to the flow of time.

Ghost Trick.

Four minutes after I said it.

Perfect.

Eh... Are you complaining I didn't use a spoiler tag?  Cause it's not exactly a secret.  You travel back in time like... 5 minutes into the game...

Gameplay-wise, I liked the time-travelling mechanic in Zelda: Oracle of Ages, and towards the end of Chrono Trigger as well. It was interesting changing some little thing in the past, and watching it have a big impact in the future. It also liked creating paradoxes by taking something from the future, putting in the past, and then having it become the source of whatever I took in the first place. *mind blown*

On that note though...I'm usually not a big fan of it when it's used in part of the narrative. Too much potential for convolution...unless they decide to play it safe with the existence of multiple timelines. And even then it can still get pointlessly complicated. I'm sure there are good examples of this being implemented, I just can't think of any good examples where I enjoyed it.

The Futurama video game had a fun story with the time travel, though I didn't play the whole game just saw it as a special feature on one if the movies.
Super time force ultra is really fun and had a great time mechanic.
Ratchet and clank a crack in time
