I think his review is completely fair based on the reviews and footage I've seen. This game has picked up many of the worst trends in shooters and is losing what separated it from the others. In most ways this was an inferior title compared to previous installments... This may motivate some people to go pick up the console, but it's certainly no system seller to the degree that the franchise used to be.

Very much agree with Angry Joe on this one, and I think his reviews have been rather fair lately. He overlooked the many flaws in Metal Gear simply because it was otherwise filled to the brim with awesome gameplay, for instance.

Not every game has to be 80%+. We've gotten strangely accustomed to all AAA games receiving an 80%+ score as if it's a birthright.

So you have no source to back up what you said? You just say he gets paid because you are not pleased with his score? Man some people really take the easy route :/

So you like him more when he was still an Xbox fanboy? Dude is pretty honest with his reviews. Does he go over the top at times? Yes, but that's part of his character.

If a high profile flagship franchise of the Xbox One such as Halo receives low review scores, it's only because the mega-billion $$$ Sony war chest is out to smear and crumble the pillars of true gaming that made this American-made pastime so great. Oh no you see I know how Pewdiepie does get paid from the likes of YT and other sources (sponsors as well but also gifting can also be seen as a form of payment whether you like to accept that or not), you however just flat out said Joe was always paid by MS and you didn't back up what you said at all.

Thread title is better called: Does a different oppinion relate to moneygrabbing or is ego clouding gamecommunitys mind?
Cause damn alot of posters in here really act butthurt about this review and make invalid assumptions on top of that.
angry joe is a halofan himself,played trough the whole game and he also summed up the good things about it,the negatives we got shown right in our faces so he doesnt make them up.
His review is valid for me and the score is also his right to give.

Well he has some reasonable points to complain but still, he exaggerated on the score. I thought he was going to give it a 8/10.

Most of the review is BULLSHIT and thats a fact. 

Just because he rushed the campaign in co-op doesn't mean it only takes 4hrs to complete. Pleanty of people have been playing it for 7+ hours. 

His points on microtransactions were complete BS. It does not take 10+ games to hit 10k points. If he was any good at the game, he'd be req'ign gold every 5 or six games. 

His other stupid and invalid points like lack of BTB have already been addressed bt 343.

Anyone with half a brain would see 15 free DLC maps. = Multiplayer experience of the generation. Automatic 10/10 for MP alone. 

Hey you started it all with that gif and the first comment, I don't think he got paid in the past and I don't think he gets paid now (except the clicks from youtube and so on) and no paycheck from sony, microsoft ect.
