You can see his point though. All you have to look at is this months Amazon to see how Sony have struggled against all those fantastic XB1 bundles ...

I know lol.

Also PS4 was $400 2 months ago, they had a $50 price cut and offering a $300 bundle for bf and that's seen "sitting on their arse".

I still don't understand how people got that Amazon was going to do the 300 price for PS4 and X1 one week earlier, I still don't see anything even in the "upcoming deals" sections

But where's the original source? They link to ps4daily http://ps4daily.com/2015/11/amazon-will-have-ps4-for-300-starting-tomorrow/

Who don't show an actual source and even say that the deal began on the 20th, which it didn't.

I think we're dealing with misinterpretation here. The BF blitz alreadystarted on Amazon..and the 300 consoles will be one of those deals; however they'll only happen on BF itself, not throughout the week.

Sony should really put more focus on the SW bundle. 1 $300 PS4 bundle against several X1 bundles of the same price is a tough battle for Sony.

No, it's a tough battle for MS. I find these posts weird as hell.

You're right, just didn't want Sony to lose November because of pricing. We all know how desperate MS gets this time of the year.

With the way things are going and how the gears bundle and other xbone bundles are rising Microsoft might sneak the victory in November. Sony is just sitting on their arse and are simply going for the profit model once again this year. No deals on amazon, if they lose November npd than they only have themselves to blame.

*face palm*

"are simply going for the profit model"

I'm sorry but you just spouted out a load of nonsense.

What exactly do you think MS and Sony are trying to do? Chuck away as much money as they can?

Every action that a company will make is designed to maximise profits even if it benefits them further down the line.

Sony is not offering enough incentive for people to purchase the ps4. All xbox bundles comes with a FREE game of your choice and sony is out there offering 4 bundles with one being a remaster. So far xbone deals>ps4 deals microsoft has the month in the bag mark my word

But the PS4 is winning even despite that? So I don't see your point.

You still fail to see how silly your comment that I highlighted is. I could also pick holes in this comment but I'm not going to stray.

I think November NPD will be close just like October, but that's all Sony really needs. Staying close in Microsofts back yard is a win for Sony because worldwide the PS4 is killing it.  They have never lost a month(worldwide) to the xone since launch. Sure, I would like to see Sony put a few more deals out but they really don't need to.

Sony don't need to go crazy with deals. Losing in NA for a few months isn't going to matter to them a great deal as they go steaming past 30 million sold.

Regardless, Amazon monthly has PS4 at at least 4:1 over X1 so far, and you have the preorders from previous months to consider also.
