Food for thought: the actual 2014 BF split was 56/44, not 63/37 (split obtained, when isolating and scaling IS' numbers).

If they were really smart, they should have dropped it to $250 before the holidays (really should have done it last year), then had a $199 BF bundle. Those would have flew off of shelves. I understand they want to make money on HW, but I think Sony is showing that even if you break even on HW, you'll make a killing in SW if there are an extra few million playing on your system. It also helps with your overall perception from gamers.
I'll probably pick one up next year, if they do drop to $199. Or, even better, if there is ever a $149 BF bundle.

Is this deal only until cyber monday, or is it till January or permanent?
Why has it gone so high for cyber monday but not black friday?

Pretty sure it's only for BF weekend. And the only thing I can think of is maybe a different type of shopper for CM? It is kinda strange, since it was already $250 starting Thu or Fri, depending on the store.
I love people trying to say what nintendo should of done, Nintendo know how to make money from gaming.

Yea, and they'll be making that money being a 3rd party dev if they don't watch it. The Wii U looks to not even hit the GC's low 22M, most likely hitting ~18M. There's a chance of it actually being even lower than that. And my guess is if they truly plan to release another gimmicky console that isn't even close to the power of the PS4, the NX may not even match the Wii U. Especially if the PS4 is $249-$299 by then. You think Nintendo, and 3rd parties, are going to be happy with dwindling numbers of customers to sell their games to? Doubt it.

Well they made 200m this year thus far for wii u and 3ds. Nintendo is making money of the wii u and thats all that matters. As long as they profit there not going anywhere for the next 50 years.

That's a whole new topic. Price strategy for the Wii U, nintendo know how to handle. Its selling poor, poor third party and they still make money.
You're also basing nintendos future on assumption.
