I don't think square-enix likes the pc or xbox. My best bet for a multiplat is a ds port.

Final Fantasy is not the kind of game that 'd sell well on Xbox360; if it were multiplatform, PS3 sales would vastly shadow Xbox360 sales.

Porting it to the Wii would make tons of sense if it weren't so expensive as pretty much everything would have to be done from scratch.

So, no. FFXIII is staying exclusive to PS3. We can all safely assume DQX goes to the Wii though.

I think that it all depends on how well it sells. If it fails to sell to the number Square thinks it should then just maybe it could be ported but honestly I don't think Sony will let it happen. Does Sony own a part in Square? If so definitely not.

Google it if you don't know... which is total BS. Most people on thi site know it's PS3 only. Plus if you had researched and watched the video's you would see at the end it's PS3 Only. And yet that standard can't mean that much, because just last week there was another Bioshock and Mass Effect on PS3 thread.

Neither FFXIII or Versus will come to the Xbox 360.  If they did, my purchase of a PS3 would be cancelled. 

Yeah a DS version would be good, FF 13 would be scaled to fit on the DS. DS are like almost up to 70 million consoles sold already, expected to reach over 90 million by end of 2008. So there would be a lot of demand. Say 10% bought the game thats like 7 to 10 million games sold.

But to restate, I do believe that FFXIII will stay exclusive.  Sony will pay whatever they have too, because FFXIII is the only thing left to move the PS3 in Japan (perhaps GT5) short of the Wii reaching saturation.
