Haven't played it for a month or so, but it's still active because it's such a brilliant shooter. IMO it's the best FPS of this Gen.

That's stretching it a bit, I gave numbers just the other night and for months on end I;ve always been able to find a full team to play with and against. Yeah on PC the numbers are much smaller due to how it was Origin only and there are countless other popular shooters like PS2 and TF2 that take the playerbase away most of the time but the PC playerbase is hardly what I would call "dead".

Basically PS4 then lol?

Not really, this is current status. 

My status last night gave me 957  so it's actually that bit higher than last night.

Game still isn't dead on PC and like I said I can find a match at any time I want, once it gets to a point where it takes me 20 mins to an hour or more then it's basically dead.

Yup you are right,  but PS4+PS3 is much better then Xbox 360+Xbox one in terms software attach rate , plus we talking about western games that never be exclusives to any PS consoles.  Most of PS3+PS4 exclusive are niche and Japanese release or second party or sometimes  indies. Western Publisher games always comes to PS+Xbox +PC as their platform, when it becomes exclusives it always Microsoft involvement. Sure exclusive is good , but the fact leaving PS4  alone for a shooter type with their number of consoles sales. " it's really not smart at all" So inded if the games coming to PS4 they will get more money better then the check they got from Microsoft. And also Online shooter better be played with many people, and the more people play the more word be spread and free on word to word marketing

Honestly it's not smart to leave any platform to be honest, Xbox is mostly touted as the shooter console and playstation as the JRPG.

I would hope that PS2 is being played a lot by PS4 folk since it;s out on the platform but if we go by news it sounds like Destiny is taking that spot even though PS2 was created by SOE and then given to Daybreak (with little changed).

BO2 has right now 102k on ps3, considering it was at that number a few months ago as well except yesterday that it was at 38k, its fair to assume 100k is the basis for it and that there was less people yesterday due to halloween

                    I am agree with u for western games that have alot of budget, except with JRPG or japanese games that never had a lot of budget . Is not that i dont want JRPG comes to XBOX, but the consoles it self failed to sell thoose type of games.

                    Well obviously you cannot compare Titanfall with PS2 or even Destiny, the reason PS2 is neglected because people have played the games on PC before PS4 was released, and  Titanfall developer  were the deveoper of previous Call of Dutty, while the people behind  Destiny is  "Bungie " the legendary studio that made "Halo". Even if PS4 has a small amount of player that interested with FPS, there number is double then the Xbox One, even if sales less on PS4 it considered a lot if we compared to Xbox One. 

                 When you said PS4 is RPG console and Xbox is FPS machine, you are wrong,  RPG never really sell well on Xbox while  PS4 varied across the globe PS4 gamer has different type of  gaming taste, is like the  combination of Nintendo and Xbox gamer, that's why everything will sell well on PS4 if it's good. Unlike Xbox with full of FPS fans and Nintendo full of Platforming games fans and rpg fans (3DS consumer).

                Well like i said PS4 is selling like crazy why would developer abandoned it, even the previous 7th gen era when sales are neck to neck, EA still releasing Mass Effect on PS3
