I don't care about either tbh. But If you ask Deviantart, they'll always choose Starfox :)

Certainly graphic would be worse if its 60fps.

To be fair, the game will most likely be cheaper in Europe. I've rarely paid more than €40 here for a Nintendo game. And most PS4 games here are €60-70. |
Yup, I pre ordered from Base.com, around €40.

Judgeing from gameplay videos of both.. Id say thats unlikely. |
I disagree, to me it looks very fun and variat, but I am fan of Star Fox 64.
The only Star Fox game I played was Star Fox Adventures on the Gamecube and I very much enjoyed it at the time! In saying that, Ratchet and Clank main games are usually a joy to play, full of good humour and beautiful scenarios. They are also projects that are polished to a T and those are my favourites.
Can't really go wrong with a mainline R&T and I'm sure I'll have a blast with the new one next year too!
Although I enjoy R&C, I still have hopes for Star Fox Zero.

Unless you mean better performance, I disagree.
I think Ratchet and Clank looks better as a reboot but I´m way more intereseted on SFZ. Ratchet and Clank is a good franchise, but no R&C has ever been even close to Star Fox 64, so I´m more excited for the reboot of the latter.

It's worth noting that a big reason for the bolded is that 2009 was the last time R&C got a proper traditional retail focused entry. The closest it's had since then was A4O in 2011 (a spin-off), and ITN (a short epilogue entry). I'd be quite surprised if the new R&C didn't outsell both. Ignoring that though, i agree that which will win in sales it's clear cut. I'm personally expecting R&C to win in the end, but how well both do will depend a lot on how hard Sony and Nintendo push them, and how well they're received. |
It helps that they haven't had a traditional retail Ratchet game that was finished on time since 2007. That's sort of what I was getting at since CiT was horribly rushed and should never have been $60 to begin with. It being released in Broketober near Uncharted 2 with no marketing didn't help; Sony really screwed IG several times last gen, most notably with Resistance 3, to the point that I don't even blame them for trying Fuse and becoming a true third party.
Alkibiádēs said: What a nonsensicial comparison. They're completely different genres for starters. Second of all, one is an AAA budget game while the other is a low budget experimental game meant to pad out the Wii U's library until the NX finally arrives. |
Ratchet's sharing a very low budget with the movie. Like, the DreamWorks quality movie and one of the prettiest games ever made to date are sharing a budget that's lower than the cost of getting Kate Upton for a mobile game's commercial. Rockstar could sneeze and spend more than Insomniac is working with here. Most estimates have the game at $15 million, which is about half the current average.
You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt! I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading. After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!
Star Fox looks fine, but Ratcher and Clank is one of my favorite series. These days quality plat formers are hard to find and Crack in Time was amazing so really excited what they can do on PS4.
