Don't pull that. You and everyone knows that the only reason TTK is even rated as high as it is is because the original Destiny story is such a turd that anything with some character would be 1000x better. Halo 5 is being compared to other Halo games, TTK is being compared to Destiny.

Polygon is wrong here. They can't make special cases just for one game. Its either story doesn't matter in games or story does matter in games. Period.

Bad is a light word compared with what reviewers used.

But you also have to take in consideration that Halo 5 is 343i's first attempt with Halo 5. "Vanilla Halo 5" if you prefer. TTK is a recollection of everything Bungie learned throughout a year after releasing "Vanilla Destiny".

So halo 5 has a bad story. Well im gonna get it when the white gears bundle releases. I hope the story isn't bad I really enjoy them in halo games.

They need higher standards for themselves.  Their lack of consitency is really damning... oh wait it was witten by Ben Kuchera.  Sigh, didn't this guy say he was leaving video games because he didn't like them anymore.  DIdn't he say gamers are dead?  This guy is a nut job so it actually makes me feel better knowing that this crap came from a nut job. 

This is the first I am hearing of this bundle.  Is it custom like TTK or is it white like  SSO bundle last year?

Despite being rather Sony inclined, I do really want to play Halo. For the story (don't juge me pls). And I'll probably end up buying an XBO+MCC+Halo 5+a few other games nearing the end of this gen, when it should be rather cheap. I do wish Halo 5's campaign had been a bit longer though, because 5 hours (according to VGC's review) even though, yes, it's on easy, is still on the low end for a full price game. Still, I'm looking forward to play this and the rest of the Halo saga, even though it might be a while til I do.

Oh look, my prediction for 85 was correct :p. And I even gave the correct reason why, early adapters of the game said the campaign was short and the story was bad, I was correct with that too :p.
