or Apple. I had a friend that worked customer service for Apple. He was so good that he was eventually hired on from the temp agency and given an Apple computer to work from home. I went over to his place one time and he showed me some macros he had for responses. One macro was something like fuckoff and it spewed a wall of text at the customer which eventually had them turn off their device and turn it back on. In doing so it would disconnect them from chat and be gone. I asked him about him being worried about mistyping the macro and he said he never makes a mistake on mistyping it. It would be funny if he messed up and something like fcukoff came on the customer's screen.
