The most important part ( Sony conference) wont be opened to the public and will be at an other place than actual PGW, though, if there is some interesting demos, i will go i think, i hope there will be a demo of Wild/Rime/Uncharted/Ratchet/TLG or Dreams

Sucker Punch with Sly (I know the last one isn't that old but come on)
Tourist trophy by PD
Wipeout by..someone?
Syphon Filter by Bend (unlikely)
Dark cloud 3 by Japan studios

Pretty sure it's nothing by ND or Guerrilla

The wording is curious though. Ip announcement based on a franchise sounds like it's more of a spiritual successor, with a new name/"new IP".

Based on job openings from Sucker Punch Sly isn't happening, they are working on 3rd person Open World game with melee combat and realistic humans.

Sony bought Agent from Rockstar, then bought Rockstar and made them work on AGENT and now they are making it for PS4.
