Action adventure.

Hum... That's hard. Horror, 2D Platform, 3D Platform, Action-Adventure and a bit of Racing and Fighting.

Some years ago I was a die-hard fan of RPGs like Final Fantasy and Breath of Fire, but today I'm more into action.

RPGs, but I just like starting them.

Strategy and action/ adventure

Where is hack and slash? I like action Games, fighter, adventure, H&S, Shooter, Strategy and RPG. I hate Sports Games (but i like Mario Strickers)

Turn based Strategy/Wargames like Panzer General or Battle Isle. Too bad the genre is practically dead these days. And no, turn-based tactics are really not the same thing and rank much lower on my list.

On second spot, classic western RPG with a full size 6(+2) party, first person perspective and turn-based combat like Might & Magic and Wizardy (Dark Savant Trilogy, not so much the Lylgamyn Series). Also very hard to come by these days. There's a reason why I am so much into retrogaming I guess.

The third spot is taken by 3 genres: grand strategy titles like Hearts of Iron, 4X like Master of Orion, and Visual Novels.

Japanese horror.

Tied between Action/Adventure and Platformers.

P&C adventure games, closely followed by cRPG/WRPG.

RPGs is my favorite genre. I also like action/adventure, horror, FPS/TPS, turned based strategy, war sims, flight sims and some others. I dislike sports, racing, platformers, casual (angry birds), fighting and kid/E for everyone games.
