Slowly people might realize what MS´s great plan is: to make XBox the unified gaming platform across console, PC, tablet and phone where games will be available on almost all hardware. Then it doesn´t matter if the X2 sells 10 million or 50 million, it will be unified with PC and the overall userbase will be one of the largest ever.

Why? If they managed to get the X1 to run 360 games, I imanage shouldn't be that difficult to get a PC to do the same. Isn't X1 even running Windows 10?

Because he made it clear that it's not a priority right now.
Windows 10 has been released not too long ago and they worked hard to make 360 games streamable. That would've been a complete waste if an emulator was due for release in the next months. Also I guess having them playable on another platform would require another permission by the publishers.

We're talking 360 games here, even a crap PC by todays standards could handle that.

Really? When PSNow comes to PC will that make the PS brand useless??. |
yes because hardware sits on a server and you have to keep paying Sony to stream games which is an inferior expierence gameplaywise and videoquality-wise. So there is a enough reason to still buy a PS3.

ah the classic MS bash "i have epic pc, i can play all of MS's exclusives on PC." Every MS hater has a gaming PC these days.

Not really. Xbox One won't be able to be played natively on PC any time soon. And certainly not without a successor that can't be played on PC. |
most xbox exclusives can be played on PC

We're talking about software emulation here, not straight ports.
A crap PC might be able to do PS2 and Wii emulation by now, but surely not 360.
